Pricing, answered
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days of everything in the Yearly plan, with ₹200 free credits for AI calls and messages, and no card needed. Sign up with your work email (personal emails like Gmail or Yahoo can’t start a trial); one trial per company. When the trial ends you have 7 more days to choose a plan; after that the account pauses until you do, and your data is kept.
What do I pay for besides the plan?
Only what you use, from your prepaid ReachPeak wallet: AI calling at ₹4 per minute on Monthly or ₹3 per minute on Yearly, and WhatsApp messages at Meta’s own rates.
Is GST included?
Plans are shown before GST (+18%). The AI calling rates (₹4 and ₹3 per minute) already include GST, and so do the WhatsApp message rates on this page.
How is a call minute counted?
By connected talk time, rounded up to the next minute. A call of 1 minute 10 seconds is billed as 2 minutes (₹8 on Monthly, ₹6 on Yearly). Calls that are not answered, busy or fail are free.
Do you add anything to WhatsApp message prices?
No. You pay Meta’s published India rate for each message category, including GST, rounded up to the paisa. If Meta changes its rates, ours change with them.
Which plans include AI calling?
Both. Monthly calls cost ₹4 per minute and Yearly calls ₹3 per minute. Our team switches calling on for your account and helps you set up your first agent; trial accounts can try it straight away.
How many agents and numbers do I get?
Every plan includes 1 WhatsApp number on the official API and as many AI calling agents as you need, for example one for new leads, one for reminders and one for support. Need more WhatsApp numbers? Talk to us.
Do I need my own phone number for AI calling?
No. We set up the calling line for you. If you want calls to come from your own dedicated business number, we arrange that too; number rental is billed separately.
How does the wallet work?
Top up your ReachPeak wallet in rupees. Every call minute and message is deducted as it happens and listed in your wallet history, so you always know where the money went.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly?
Yes, any time.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and your GST invoice is emailed to you.
What happens at renewal?
Plans renew automatically unless cancelled, and we remind you before a yearly renewal. See our refund policy.
